  • I only work with up to 10 clients each at one time in order to give my clients unwavering support and energetic space holding that this work requires.

  • A full assessment is included via pre-session forms and an Intentions Questionnaire which we score in terms of energetic charge and satisfaction pre, during and post-package to reflect on progress and highlights areas to focus on. This serves as an anchor for our work together.

  • Each session is personalized to your needs based on my intuition. They can include but are not limited to: talking therapy, energy clearing and healing, guided meditation, ceremonies, breathwork, vagus nerve toning, sound healing, EFT tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, creative Gestalt exercises and experiments and laughing!

  • Between session tools and resources like meditations, books, rituals, podcasts, creative exercises and experiments, videos and other therapeutic support

  • Consistent professional monitoring and reviewing of goals and progress

strucTURE

Book a single Illumination Session or commit to a package to create magnetism and flow through commitment and repetition.

Sessions are weekly or monthly at the same time and day each week to provide consistency and flow to your therapy, as well as a real opportunity to develop a therapeutic relationship and progress towards the goals we set in your Intentions Questionnaire and first session. Everyone is unique so I create a solution to suit your needs which we can explore in a a single Illumination Session or during a free consultation.

ONLINE sessions

All sessions are remote - video or audio. Remote sessions create a consistent anchor amongst the ebbs and flows of our busy lives, careers and travels. It’s an opportunity to learn how to create healthy boundaries and carve out time for yourself. Like a retreat at home I will encourage you to create your own sacred space at home or on the move with candles, essential oils, flowers etc as well as having a post-session ritual like a cacao or a stroll.

Sessions take place via Zoom which is free and highly secure. There are options to record sessions, take notes or simply follow any guided meditations. Some clients prefer audio, especially if we are doing deeper work so they can close their eyes, get snuggly and zone in. By removing sight from our senses it actually heightens our other senses.

Doing sessions whilst walk in nature is also an option some clients like to choose sometimes. Moving our bodies and breathing deeper can support us to go deeper, make connections and integrate and embody new learnings. This interdisciplinary approach can support rewiring of the brain, creating new pathways. For those clients who have long work hours or little time for exercise or time in nature it can also work as ‘habit stacking’ meeting more than one goal in one go.
