Thank you for your curiosity to learn more about me and therefore more about you! I have always been fascinated by human dynamics and psychology. I became focused on self development and spirituality in my teens when I discovered the power of energy healing in reiki and positive psychology. In my twenties I explored psychology further and experienced 1:1 Gestalt Therapy and three years in a therapeutic group. I got to the root of my own issues by doing ‘deep work’ which meant using breath to travel back in time, explore and heal. These experiences profoundly awakened me. It was this safe, authentic space where we shared and supported each others’ truth, trauma and the full spectrum of human experience. Inspired by a philosophy that changed my life I completed my Diploma in Humanistic Counselling accredited by the British Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (BACP), at the Gestalt Centre, London. Here I learnt my foundational philosophy of Gestalt, it’s creative, holistic and freeing therapeutic style.

After qualifying I worked within the wellness field in marketing, sales and events. For three years I worked for the world’s leading dating and confidence coach Matthew Hussey. With a reach of millions of women, New York Times bestselling books and a strong online presence I worked behind the scenes across all aspects of the business as well as managing his large scale women-only luxury retreats. Following this I managed the launch of a wellness centre and festival programme Obonjan on a private eco wellness island in Croatia.

I later trained with EFT Founding Master and Creator of Matrix Reimprinting. There, I also learned another form of Energy Psychology; Matrix Reimprinting and my mind was blown. It took me back to the very same ‘deep work’ of my twenties but allowed me to navigate my healing journey quickly and efficiently. It was the missing piece to my puzzle. It opened my soul to this freeing, limitless and incredibly powerful practice. I am one of the first ever Ambassadors of EFTMRA and I am also lucky enough to assist on Karl’s training courses. I am also a Birth and Light Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner having trained with Creator Sharon King. 

Like other challenging times throughout my life, it was in my suffering that I discovered gold dust. In my darkness I found rainbows. Through my personal transformation and healing I developed wisdom to share with others.

I spent many years between Londons forward thinking and creative wellness scene and exploring the rest of the world and it’s offerings and philosophies, integrating modern and ancient learnings into my practice. I’ve enjoyed witnessing the health and wellness movement shift and our collective consciousness awaken.

Event and retreat clients have included Soho House, Samphire Festival and Mind Body Bowl. I created the digital mindfulness course Stop Scrolling which have been featured in Elle Magazine and Elephant Journal. Around this time I also co-founded Alt-Together, a global wellness network designed to support and encourage collaboration.

I have also worked in a business development and brand partnership consultancy Harkraider for conscious and progressive companies including the world’s largest electronic music platform Resident Advisor and leading health tech and wellness brands.

I have been based in Nayarit and Jalisco, Mexico for over 7 years now. This area of Mexico is known for its surf, glittering sand and magic energy due to ley lines with special elemental powers pass through. Watching the waves, birds, sunsets and moon cycles has shown nature to be my biggest spiritual teacher. I am proud to be part of hosting women’s cacao circles and leading workshops at Yelapa Gathering and Quimixto Union Fest and other community events. Integrating music and creative collaborations into my healing world has been truly freeing.

It is an honor to live my dream and have the freedom to be my authentic self, working remotely and offering others the support they need to feel anchored and whole. As well as my 1:1 work I also offer group sessions and creative collaborations for luxury hotels and retreats as well as conscious brand partnerships and therapeutic consultancy.
